  Understanding the intricacies of physiological birth.
   

• Pain Management
  Including unmedicated coping techniques and medication options available.
   

• Common Medical Interventions
  Navigating induction, augmentation and caesarean deliveries.
   

• Postpartum & Newborn Care
  What to expect postpartum and the basics of taking care of baby!
   

• Mindfulness Techniques to prepare for and work through labor

​Group Class:

Group Classes are offered as a 5 week hybrid series, both online and in person in Evergreen, and are scheduled regularly throughout the year.

​

Next Group Class: Sundays from 11 am - 1 pm

The cost for the Group Class Series is $400

​

Individual Class:​

Private, one day, condensed classes are offered upon request, in the comfort of your home. The cost for this class is $500.
